Meet the Team

Terence started Recursive Strategies in 2020 to help businesses simplify, strengthen, and grow responsibly. 

Terence combines 15-years Wall Street experience analyzing technology equities with 5-years building and growing technology businesses in Corporate Development, Digital Strategy, and software Product Owner roles. After earning his economics degree from Princeton, Terence specialized in semiconductor research at Citi Global Markets. More recently, he developed consumer-facing enterprise software working within JPMorgan Chase's Digital Division.  

Client engagements range from one-quarter to one-year, and have spanned private-credit, strategy consulting, green-tech, IT hardware, software and Web3.

Terence is passionate about helping business leaders improve organizational health by combining analysis and design thinking to refine vision, refactor operating strategies, and re-think go to market. Outcomes include improved financial & operating performance, reduced risk, and improved employee morale.
